Any controversy, claim or dispute between a User and AIIC, arising out of or in relation with the terms and conditions herein, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Canton of Geneva, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law, and with the exception of an appeal to the Swiss Supreme Court.
